Dripza may refuse to produce customized content that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.
Because customized products are produced specifically according to customer instructions, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly produced customized products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Dripza name, logo, original designs, graphics, photographs, illustrations, website content, text, videos and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Dripza.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
This does not affect ownership of customer-provided content submitted for customization.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Dripza may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes.
Promotional offers may have their own terms, validity periods and eligibility requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional codes may have expiry dates.
